3. Products & Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and the handmade nature of our products. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST.
4. Order Acceptance
kiyrava reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including for reasons of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
5. Payments
We currently accept Cash on Delivery only, subject to pincode serviceability. Online payments are not available.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, designs, and trademarks — is the property of kiyrava or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
kiyrava shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida.
