1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding national holidays). You will receive an order confirmation when your order is placed.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier-2 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote pincodes: 7–10 business days
3. Shipping Charges
A handling fee of ₹99 applies to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
4. Cash on Delivery
COD is available across most serviceable pincodes in India for orders up to ₹10,000. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also track from your account or by emailing support@kiyrava.in with your order ID.

Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to weather, festivals, or courier-side issues. We will keep you updated and resolve any concerns promptly.
